She was predeceased by: her spouse Cecil W. Bailey, Jr.; and her parents, Ollie Mitchell and Phoebe Mitchell (Diddie). She is survived by: her daughters, Jere Bailey Davis (Elvis) and Phyllis Bailey Gullett (Larry). She is also survived by four grandsons, one granddaughter, and eleven great-grandchildren.
