He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Fries Slutsky and Irving Slutsky; and his wife Carol Cohen. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Fred Cohen (Shana), Stuart Cohen (Stephanie) and Amy Cohen Devore (Jeff); and his brother Dr. Avron Slutsky (Terry Orgel).
