He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Delove Brooks and Lula B. Brooks; and his brother Raymond Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Brooks, Latasha Brooks, Candace Grandberry and Marquell Woodson; and his sisters, Brenda Love and Thelma Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
