With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernestine B. Dugger (Memphis, Tennessee), born in Eads, Tennessee, who passed away on August 23, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Reed and Mary Bell Briggs; and her brother Johnny Phillip Briggs. She is survived by: her sister Bernice Briggs Harbin (Zelly); her siblings-in-law, Melvin Dugger (Laura), Andrew Dugger and Martha Tate; and her cousins, Betty Woods, Norma Jean Alderson, Hugh Stiger, Jimmy Stiger, Otis Stiger (Lee) and Charlie Stiger (Maggie). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
