He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Murray Nathaniel Murray and Beatrice Engelberg Murray; and his brother Dr. Gary Lee Murray (Lisa). He is survived by: his brothers, Dr. Ian Murray of Memphis and Robert Murray (Marianne) of Memphis. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
