“Fred was a good man and someone who always helped others. He led our Boys Scouts Troop 46 for years and was a mentor for a lot of boys who grew up in the Frayser neighborhood. Fred taught me a lot of things as a young boy and i grew up in the house behind his back in the 1980's. Fred was well loved by those who knew him and will be missed.... Mike Hardister”
