He is survived by: his son Chris O'Mell (Ginger) of Jacksonville, Fla.; his sister Myrna O'Mell Levy (Joe) of Memphis; his niece Beth Levy Goldfeder; his nephew Dr. Alan Levy of Memphis; and his caregivers, Shirley Rudd and Mary Carr. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
