He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelle Glaze and Alvin. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his son Toby; his daughter-in-law Deanna; his granddaughter Shelby; his son Casey; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth; and his granddaughters, Nevaeh and Teagan.
In lieu of flowers, any expression of sympathy may be made to the Ellendale Baptist Church missions emphasis.
