He was predeceased by: his parents, Narcisse Allard and Marie Allard; and his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Allard (Kendall) of Pikeville, TN, Mark Allard of Randolph and Leslie Addison (Stan) of Piperton, TN.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
