He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Billions; his sons, Jeffrey Lowell (Cristan), David Andrew and Mark Gerald (Martha); his grandchildren, Courtney, Caroline, Andrew, Jack, Walker, Eliza, Virginia and Mark Jr.; and his sister Tena Ballard (Steve) of Pickwick, Tennessee..
