He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy; his father Gerald R. Hooker, Sr.; and his brothers, Glen Hooker and Cory Hooker. He is survived by: his sons, Gerald R. Hooker, III (Samantha) and Tyler Hooker; his grandsons, Davis and Gibson Hooker; his mother Joann Hooker Zink; and his brother Brant Hooker.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Family Funeral Care (4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38133).
