He is survived by: his wife Cassie Mangrum; his daughters, Trisha Wolfe (James), Carrie Mangrum (Greg), Krista Moore (David), Halie Hoback (Justin) and Hannah Henson (Brandon); his grandchildren, Taylor, Jackie, Madison, Allen, Ellie (Kate), Tyler, Clara, Collier, Amber and Cohen; his sisters, Angie Webb and Alice Zane (Bob); and his nephews, Tres Webb, Taylor Webb and Josh Zane.
