She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carolyn DeShazo (Lawler) of Stanley; and her nieces, Denise DeShazo Schulz (Tony) of Stanley and Donna DeShazo of Titusville, Florida..
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a memorial donation be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
