He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Maxey and Margaret Maxey (Sherrod); and his sister Stephanie Davidson. He is survived by: his wife Diane Maxey; his daughters, Heather Martin (Nate), Ashley Jolly (Shaun) and Lauren Pace (Cody); and his sisters, Patricia Grace, Susan Upton and Tina Baird. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
