She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Barnes and Lillian Barnes; and her husband Jimmy. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Patrick Grisham of Livermore and Joseph Scott "Joey" Grisham (Jennifer) of Melissa, Texas.; her sister Bernice Perry of Madison, Mississippi; her sister-in-law Marietta Barnes of Iuka, Mississippi; her grandchildren, Payton Del Rio, Luke Del Rio (Miranda) and Hunter Adams; her in-laws, Willard and Mauveline Grisham (Mubby); her siblings, Earline Whitfield, Louise Cox, Ann Barnes and Keifer Barnes; her siblings-in-law, Clay Whitfield, Kenneth Cox, Perk Perry, Bud Grisham, Bobby Grisham, Mary Prather and Joann Wingo (Josie); her pets, PJ and Stella; Melanie, Jordan, Janelle and Phoenix Torres. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis.
