He is survived by: his brothers, Melvin and James Allen; his children, Michael Scott (Janice) and Kay Hope (John); and his granddaughters, Heather (Fred), Holly (Andy), Kristin (Patrick), Kimberly Scott (Landon) and Mary Bess McEachern. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
