He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Ham, Sr. and Mable Ham. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Deborah (Damien) and Christopher; his sisters, Dolores and Janie; and his granddaughter Caitlin (Will). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
