He was predeceased by: his wife Dorotha M. Lamb. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Nicholson (Gary); his grandchildren, Kurt Nicholson (Kristen) and Kyle Nicholson; and his great grandchildren, Jason and Gabby Nicholson.
