Hayden, Jr. (Kristin), Nina H. Brinkley (David) and Houston E. Hayden (Kendall); his grandchildren, James L. Hayden III, Emery W. Hayden, Charlotte A. Hayden, Hayden Marie Brinkley, Victoria H. Brinkley, Barrett C. Brinkley and Houston E. Hayden, Jr.; and his siblings, Barbara Clancy (Tim), Mary Sinclair (James), Dan Hayden (Linda), Kevin Hayden (late Kathy) and Vincent Hayden (Susie). He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
