He was predeceased by: his parents, James Benton Stone, Sr. and Louise Mathis-Doughty (Funk); and his wife Judi Bell Snider Stone. He is survived by: his siblings, Marty Stone (Carmen) of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and Sharon DeStaven (James) of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; his stepsister Karla Bostic (James) of Winder, Georgia; and his siblings' children, James R. DeStaven, Gina DeStaven, Samantha Simpson, April Everett, Ashley Davis, Amber Dockery and Michael Fricks. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
