He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Casey Hawkins (Matt) and Whit Campbell (Catherine); his granddaughters, Quinn Hawkins, Meritt Hawkins and Piper Campbell; his pets, Mia of Nashville, TN. and Luke of Nashville, TN.; and his sisters, Terri Arnett (Rick) of Lakeland, TN and Toni Parker (Greg) of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
