She is survived by: her sister Charlene Osborne; and her sibling's children, Alan Osborne (Terri), Marsha Robinson (Christopher) and Cathy Osborne.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the St Jude's Hospital or the Veteran's Hospital in Memphis in Jan's memory.
