She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Dominic Madison; her daughter Jillian Calla Madison of Women's Hospital; her sister Jarryn Cleaves (Tonya); and her parents, Dorothy Cleaves and Jerry L. Cleaves. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In addition to, or in lieu of planting a tree, we would like to offer persons the ability to donate to Jillian's 529 college fund in remembrance of her mother.
