She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Reid; and her sister Tannen Reid Smith. She is survived by: her sisters, Tish Demster (Mike), Carson Reid of Raleigh, NC, Amy Kauerz (Paul) and Kate Surmeier (Jim) of Chicago, IL; and her godmother Jeannette Birge Thompson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
