She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Lee and Wanda Jean Cozart; and her sister Cindy Jennemann. She is survived by: her husband Layne Cook; her daughters, Aundrea Starnes, Lisa Hilliard and Sydney Carmichael (John); her sisters, Jodi McDaniel and Melody Goodman; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Dickey, Brian Starnes, Anthony Starnes, Mason Carmichael and Sophia Carmichael. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
