He was predeceased by: his father Thomas McIlvain; and his half-brother Gregory Thomas McIlvain. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte McIlvain (Poindexter); his wife Jennifer; his son Benjamin; his aunt Peggy Warren; and his cousins, Donna Waggener and Chris Warren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Et Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM.
