She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Norman Rudolph Saliba of Ozark, AL and Helen Marie Ward of Eufaula, AL.; and her sister Dianne Alsworth. She is survived by: her son Kelsey Maynard (Blair); her grandson Henry; her daughter Stephanie Jacobsen (Donald); her granddaughters, Hazel and Holly; and her siblings, Steve Saliba, David Saliba (Lorrin), Chip Saliba and Mari Ann Mokry (Rick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
