He is survived by: his parents, James D. Kitchens and Akiko E. Kitchens; and his siblings, Richard (Debbie), Michael (Karen), Patricia (Joe), David and Lisa (Travis). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
