He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Tucker and Parvin Tucker; and his brother Eddie Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Tucker; his children, Christine Tucker McPherson and Kevin Tucker; his stepchildren, Julie Davis Hollis (Ben Hollis), Emily Davis Folk (Estes Folk) and Richard Davis; his grandchildren, Cecilia and Dylan Hollis; his children, Humphrey Estes Folk V and Hoffman Davis Folk; and his brother Stacy Tucker (Denise Tucker). He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
