He was predeceased by: his parents, John Eugene Seay and Betty Jane Smith Seay. He is survived by: his brother John Seay; and his daughters, Ashland Arnold (Gage), Anna Kate Arnold (Nathan) and Cameron Seay. He is also survived by four beautiful grandchildren; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
