She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Harper and Norma Riggs; her husband Phillip Rhue; her son Phillip Eric Rhue; and her sister Mary Caruso.
She is survived by: her sister Peggy Cleveland. She is also survived by two nephews, five great nephews, one great-great nephew, three great nieces and several cousins.
