She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Henry and Ophia Myrtle Hatch Hill; her husband Robert Mattingly; and her siblings, Wilford Hill, Lloyd Hill, Elsie Mitchell, Rosaline Knipper, Bernise Dillingham, Frances Kocher and Alice Mosier.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Murphy (Becky) of Oakland, TN, Michael Lee Murphy (Karen) of Pensacola, FL and Aletha Darlene Murphy of Ripley, MS; her grandchildren, Jamie Shaw (Stuart), Jacob Murphy, Matthew Murphy (Kimberly) and Reba Holbrook; her great grandchildren, Sawyer Shaw, Adalyn Shaw, Chance Shaw, Melody Murphy, Alexander Banda and Luca Banda; and her siblings, James Hill of Heber Springs, AR, Faye Williams of Memphis and Judy McCage of Somerville, TN..
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Bolivar (109 Mecklinburg Dr, Bolivar, TN 38008). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Woodville Cemetery (12865 TN-225, Bethel Springs, TN 38315).
