It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Willie Lipford of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on November 24, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jessie James Lipford; his wife Rosie Nell Lipford; and his son Anthony "Tee" Lipford. He is survived by: his children, Stanley Barry Lipford (Patricia) and Veleska Jo Lipford; and his grandchildren, Kevin Bernard Lipford, Veleska Diane Lipford-Smith (Mario), Aislyn Nicole Lipford and Anthony Joe Lipford. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbors, church members and friends.
