He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perry-Stepney and Virgie Lee Perry-Stepney. He is survived by: his wife Rosanna Williams Stepney; and his children, Reginald L Stepney (Marsha) and Jacqueline Stepney. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM at the R. S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes (Austin Peay) (3651 Austin Peay Hwy, Memphis, TN 38128). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Progressive Missionary Baptist Church (394 Vance Ave, Memphis, TN 38126).
