He is survived by: his wife Margaret Perkins Salmon; his daughters, Louise Perkins Salmon of Eddyville, KY, Madeleine Salmon Newkirk of Memphis, TN and Margaret Salmon Bright (William) of Memphis, TN; and his grandchildren, Charles Ellis Hamm (Katrina) of Huntsville, AL, Kelcie Hamm Nollner (John) of Memphis, TN, John Lowell Salmon II (Ashley) of Greenwich, CT, Annabelle Cannon Bright of Nashville, TN and Ella Perkins Bright (Zach) of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
