Castellucci (Conan) and Tiffany Kay Adams; his grandchildren, Mason James Kay, Lillian Grace Kay, Elizabeth Sophia Castellucci, Vito Yanni Castellucci, Spiro Michael Castellucci, Hayden Brennan Adams, Shelby Krista Adams and Piper Delaney Adams; his nieces, Alexandra Faulk, Erin Caspersen and Jennifer Kay; and his sister-in-law Maureen Kay.
