Judith Karen Gayhart Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 2, 2026, at the age of 76, Judith Karen Gayhart of Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Judith farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Judith is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bo Maxey and Joy Maxey; her siblings, Cindy Elder and Billy Maxey; her husband Jimmy Gayhart; and her children, Jim Gayhart, Amy Speight and Shelby Scoggins. She was also cherished by grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations maybe made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
