Chris Craig wrote a sympathy message

“I had the pleasure of calling Ryan my brother-in-law for 10 years. I never had a brother but Ryan sure did a great job of filling in that gap. He brought my family so many laughs and provided memories that will last a lifetime. He was truly one of a kind. Though years have passed since I last saw Ryan, the memories and the love remain strong. To the Turner family, I'm so sorry. Please know you are in my prayers. And to Ryan, you'll always be my brother. Rest in Peace.”

“Chris this was really beautiful…. I know Ryan felt the same way about you. He always tried to be your wingman, but always made sure I was ok with that. We had some really amazing years together and I will absolutely never forget though. He was my little crunchy…. Despite us going our separate ways, the love I had for him never went away.. when it’s freezing outside I always thought about him because I knew it was the beginning of his happy time. He always brought me flowers @ end of hunting.”

“He brought me the flowers because he would say, ‘well you put up with me again after another hunting season.’ That was one of our things. I remember every time he left in the early mornings he was sooo quiet not to wake me. His Christmas wrapping was the absolute best! When he would put them under the tree I would be so tickled because the wrapping job was priceless. Too many good memories to share on here, I will run out of room or take up the whole space. I love you Ryan, always…🙌🏻”
