She was predeceased by: her husband David G. Collins; her parents, Howard K. Tayloe Sr. and Nancy B. Tayloe; her brothers, Howard K. Tayloe Jr., Robert B. Tayloe and George G. Tayloe; her stepdaughter Elizabeth Belden; and her son-in-law John Landreth.
She is survived by: her children, Nelle Somerville (Eric) and Mac Averitt (Elise); her grandsons, Andrew, Matthew and Oliver; her stepdaughters, Margaret Allen (David) and Patricia Landreth; her son-in-law Warren Davis; her stepgrandchildren, Alison Bengochea (Matt), Brett Belden (Kate), Jane Yang (Richard), Aaren Bell (CJ), Asher Allen, Austin Allen, David Landreth (Amy), Brian Landreth (Katherine), Michael Landreth and Christina Landreth; her sisters-in-law, Louise and Nina Tayloe; and her close friends, Mary T. MacPherson, Candy Kasalo, Carol Whitman and Andy Kasalo.
