He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Ramsay Clark. He is survived by: his children, Ellen C. Moore (Alex) of Dallas, TX, Allison C. Clark of Memphis, Kenneth F. Clark, III (Carson) of Raleigh, NC, J. Ramsay Clark (Karen) of Collierville, TN and Marshall A. Clark (Sue) of Memphis. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
