He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Burt Saliba and Driver Franklin; his sister Carla Kay Franklin; and his wife Mimi Eisenbeis Franklin. He is survived by: his children, Meredith Jamieson (Hugh), Dean Franklin (Dylan) and Fowler Sutton (Drew); his grandchildren, McKenzie, Avery, Lucy Rose, Joyner, Lane, Murphy, McBride, Clark and Luke; and his great grandchild Miles. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
