He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Muse, Jr. (Deanna) of Ozark and Tracy Hilliard of Bartlett, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Lauryn Muse of Ozark, Brandon Muse (Kelsie) of Fordland and Kylie Hilliard of Bartlett, Tennessee.; his sister Glenda Isner of South Carolina; and his sister-in-law Jean Muse of Ripley.
