He was predeceased by: his parents, John Grady and Norma Jean Lucas Culpepper; his siblings, Norman LeRoy Culpepper and Sandra Kaye Lindsey (Sandy); and his nephew Clint Culpepper.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Price Culpepper of Memphis, TN; his children, Scott Culpepper (Ginger) and Mandy Willig (James); his sisters-in-law, Debra Goodwin (James), Connie Culpepper and Annette Culpepper; his sibling's children, Jake Goodwin (Brittni), Deano Dawson (Susie), Greg Lindsey, Bryce Vaughn, Josh Culpepper (Samantha), Jill Sanders (Jim), Gwynn Culpepper, Rene'Lindsey (Max), Sharon Gay (Chris) and Taylor Culpepper; and his grandchildren, Micah Culpepper (Andrew), Josiah Culpepper (Maggie), Hannah Culpepper (Hunter), Carmen Willig and James Nicholas Willig. He is also survived by other loving cousins and friends.
