He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Sandra H. Brown; his stepfather Mike of Middleton; his brother Kyle R. Heine of Fort Collins, Colorado; his father Richard P. Heine, Jr.; and his grandparents, Henrietta Heine and Richard P. Heine, Sr..
