He is survived by: his wife Debra Ellis Barnes; his children, Andre Jamar Barnes-Ellis, Marcus Barnes (Brandy) and Tasha Bradley; his grandchildren, Kirsten Barnes, Marquis Barnes, Miyah Barnes, Maraven Barnes, Jayson Tatum, Lapagus Shields, Deangelo Bradley, Brandon Bradle, Kayla Bradley, Victoria Bradley, Tyane Jamar Barnes and NeVaeh Lynn Barnes; his siblings, Evelyn Outen, Beulah Luster, Joe Barnes (Ida), Willie Ruth Wilson (Dave), Thomas Barnes, Lanell Barnes (Francine) and Lisa Wade; his sisters-in-law, Beatrice Barnes, Dorothy Barnes, Margaret Barnes and Mary Barnes; his close friend Wanda Kay Salton; his uncle Malachi Jack Barnes; and his aunt Classie Barnes. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
