He is survived by: his wife Cindi Marshall; his children, Mary Marshall Maxwell (Stuart) and Lee Rountree Marshall Jr. (Abbey); his grandchildren, Hollis Maxwell, Bet Maxwell and Annie Marshall; his brother Robert Chesley Marshall (Donna); his nephews, Jacey, Bruce Marshall and Rountree; and his friend Dr. Wiley Robinson.
