He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron "Hugo" Allmond and Pearl Hargis Allmond; his brothers, Sydney Allmond, Coleman Allmond and Thomas Allmond; and his grandson Aaron Allmond.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Allmond; his children, William "Gary" Allmond (MaryJo), Jeffrey Allmond, Shanda Noe (Jeremy) and Jessica Allmond (Chris); and his siblings, Ira "Bones" Allmond (Barbara) and Annette Mize (Clyde). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers; the family requests that donations be made to the Memphis School of Preaching or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Garland and Corrine Elkins Scholarship Fund.
