It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Howard Daniel III (Memphis, Tennessee), who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Henson Daniel; his grandparents, Lewis, Helen Daniel, Wendell and Kathleen Henson; his aunts and uncles, Jan, Larry Henson, Judy Henson Gross, Nancy Adams (Les) and Vagn Lindhardt; and his great-uncle Gerald Henson.
He is survived by: his father Lewis H. Daniel, Jr. (Mary Kavanagh Day); his children, Hailee Daniel Vieck (Logan) and Tanner Lewis George Daniel (Amber); his grandsons, Greyson Daniel and Jones Vieck; his sisters, Kathy Daniel Patterson (Greg) and Paige Daniel Alexander (Brian); his sisters-in-law, Therese Kavanagh Despeaux (Landon) and Colleen Kavanagh (Eric Puknys); his siblings' children, Liam Puknys, Christian Despeaux, Allyson Patterson Dalton (Evan), Cameryn Alexander, Chandler Alexander, Anna, Elise Despeaux, Kelsey and Evie Puknys; his aunt Linda Daniel Lindhardt; his uncle Rev. Larry Daniel (Jennifer); his cousins, Jeff Henson, David Henson, Kim Henson Cooley, Karen Henson, Scott Lindhardt, Gordon Wynn, Susan Wynn, Donna Adams Mabry (Mark), Christina Adams Parsley (Billy), Lauren Daniel Ulseth (Tim) and Mark Daniel; Phoebe, Grace and Michael.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests memorial gifts be made in Lewis H. (Dan) Daniel's memory to support epilepsy research.
