She is survived by: her son Tony Dale Parrish (Angela) of Oakland; her grandchildren, Anthony Parrish (Stephanie) of Oakland, Tennessee., Kayla Parrish Rutledge (Andrew) of Oakland, Tennessee., Katie Parrish Bailey (Matt) of Oakland, Tennessee., Hunter Parrish of Oakland, Tennessee. and Dustin Parrish of Oakland, Tennessee.; her great grandchildren, Caden Rutledge of Oakland, Tennessee., Easton Rutledge of Oakland, Tennessee., Hudson Rutledge of Oakland, Tennessee. and Amelia Bailey of Oakland, Tennessee.; her sister Patricia Gautney Woods of Waterloo; and her son-in-law Rusty Conti of Savannah.

The family requests that memorials be directed to the American Cancer Society in honor of Gail and her daughter Tina.
