She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Margaret Thomas; and her husband Wayland Stepp. She is survived by: her sisters, Donna Springfield of Madisonville, TN and Jo Young of Littleton, CO; and her niece April Bennard of Vonore, TN..
